Go to the vault, click resources, and scroll down to the original PAL files. Go to data partition, module, then ft_marth.rel. There you go.

The pal link in the resources is broken, it's not working anymore. Already notified the admins through the BrawlVault topic just now.
i hope someone reuploads the fit marth.rel pal version :S
