With this data, would it be possible to make the bosses playable in brawl with codes, sort of like what has happened with the alloys?

I know there are codes that allow you to play as bosses in Boss Mode. But I would think if you wanted to swap a Boss model for a character, You would do the standard vibe (import, amimate, patch etc). There's a video on youtube of someone putting Master Hand over a character, and KCMM Labs replaced Fox's Landmaster with Master Hand, and animated it.

So, yea...I say its possible

Yea, but is there like a way to get them over ZSS or their own slot without the actual porting? This is what i meant when i said "like what happened with the alloys"

You can't play as bosses(with the exeption of master hand) because there info is stored differently. You can play as alloys because they're their own file and act like a character with there own editable moveset. Unlike the boss data. Master Hand's data is in two places. One is accessable. You can use brawlbox to do a import but with codes, no.

Sorry though. You can ask some more advanced coders then me at wiird's website. I do some codeing there.
