Title: My vertex explodes...

im working on my Wall-E V3, and hes perfect. however, during gameplay, his textures explode  :oshi:

the explode mostly around his face... thats where most of the vertexing took place. and ideas wat to do?

disable bones on places that would animate weird. if you deleted polygons then that could also be the case.

Yeah, one time I tested something out and deleting polygons stretches them during the game(usually on attacks)

okay the stretching occures on the treads and the neck... so if i disable the bones it should work?

and i also deleted a few polygons around his head. so what should i do?

Disabled bone aren't likely to be the problem, It's probably the deleted polygons that causes it.

Hex the vertices over onto a 'clean' model.
Now, instead of removing the polygons, remove the unwanted vertex sets instead ;)

i can hex the polys back, then you can just try to vertex them off.

same prob happened to me yesterday while vertexing bass and i deleted polygons so i think that is the prob
