Hey.
I've made some programs before, like my full model hexer, my BRRES separator, and a polygon reattaching program (still having some unknown bug >.>)
I'm pretty bored, and want some nice programming challenges.
Now, these requests will have to be relatively simple. There's a list of things you shouldn't request right here:
-Model convertor (I'm not quite ready to delve into 3D Model hexing yet)
-Animation convertor (Same as previous, and no one has decoded other games' non-CHR0 animations into a brawl-readable format)
-Things that haven't been done manually in hex with a very high success rate
Basically, I can make a few programs to speed up trivial tasks.
Feel free to make some suggestions!
My Ideas so far:
-Water level changer for jungle-japes-based stages
i dun have req. but you can look at psa(open source) or BB and try making some add ons for them.
-support btw =p
Nah, those aren't made in Python (read: I can't do a damn thing in the programming languages those are in)
oh didnt kno you wrote python, srry
do you know anything about 3D modelling??
if you're bored, you can help me on my format :/
IK I've asked you many times before...
but I don't think you ever responded :-\
or how bout getting my prob with Multi-reference conversion fixed...
you'd be a big help to me there :)
adding real bones then fake ones/ makeing a new bonetree
Hmmm... I'm actually not sure what I'd like to see.
I'm still hoping that an easier to use sound effect replacing program with 64-bit support gets made someday.
I also like the idea of a water level changer...
could you do a CHR0 merger? Take a CHR0 and automatically add its frames to the end of an existing one?

Heck yes. That would make animating SO much easier.
Look into C# and help out with BrawlBox.
To me it is easier than Python.

actually...
they are real...
look in the copy of the mdl0 (in the hex)
the new bones are in the 2nd bone tree

Python's WAAAAY easier than C#
it's even easier than JS
EDIT:
referencing in C# is like... WTF
in python it's as simple as:
class ref:
def __init__(self):
... #forget what goes here :P
def func(this):
return this
var = ref.func(69)
print var

I highly recommend this

Sorry, I really don't.

I'll look into it. It certainly sounds like a useful tool....
How about you make a simple PSA maker. I've always wanted to make a PSA for Bowser, but I think it's really complicated with a program I saw on a tutorial. |_()|_

That would be amazing! (O.o someone took notice of my idea.....lol)
Making this would certainly make Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the Bew World characters easyer to get animations for(once the models are properly fixed) Some of their animations are broken uo into 4 CHR0's....

I had that idea already...
'Brawl Logic Editor' is the name of the program
I just need to get off my butt and work on it...
although I am kinda caught up with UMC right now >.>
EDIT:
BLE is supposed to be as simple as blender's logic brick editor
besides... read before...
404 did mention already that logic wasn't his area
hey wanna do a program for me just for my SMBZ mario PSA?
since ppl dont know how to replace Fludd to Cape i think that needed a program i think it is a simple program ;D
press one button and it replace Fludd´s texture/model/animations to the cape´s for a fitmarioxx.pac/pcs
or:
do it so it can do afew things
select you wanted Cape, winged Cap(my wings over Fludd) or just a removed Fludd(all fludd´s animation size set to 0.0)
select what colour cape you wanted
select the FitmarioXX.pac/pcs
then press the button and it will do it ;D
just so it will be alot easyer for ppl to replace Fludd to cape orwing or removed Fludd instead i getting over 50 PMs on how to do it (even after i have made a .txt guide for it)
