Title: Working on Mewtwo Port Post by: ChaosEpsilon613 on June 02, 2011, 09:03:15 PM I currently have shadow over DK and diddy doesnt really ......fit in with shadow. So I've decided to make a Mewtwo port over Diddy Kong :af:
But I wanna ask if any of you guys know any glitches that would occur upon porting. Big or small any info will help Please and thankyou :kdance: :kdance: :nazo: Title: Re: Working on Mewtwo Port Post by: TruePhilosopher on June 02, 2011, 11:50:38 PM Well for starters their bone structures are different and that can cause major issues. Lucario of whom Mewtwo is over has 56 bones vs. Diddy Kong having 71. You'd have to add bones for it to work. If you're talking about using a .rel then honestly I couldn't say. I believe both Diddy and Lucario/Mewtwo have articles so I'm sure something not so great would happen.
On a side note I REALLY hope you can get this working! I don't particularly like Diddy so I'd love to see a port over him! :af2: Title: Re: Working on Mewtwo Port Post by: TheHatMan on June 03, 2011, 09:48:41 AM I don't see how this will go wrong. Just make sure you patch things correctly and be mindful of the bones.

Does anyone know what's wrong. If it helps all I did was rename the files Title: Re: Working on Mewtwo Port Post by: Tempo_ on June 03, 2011, 10:25:27 PM No offense, but if it was as simple as that, we wouldn't be having such a hard time porting characters.
Title: Re: Working on Mewtwo Port Post by: ChaosEpsilon613 on June 03, 2011, 10:54:48 PM I know, I mean I plan on fixing all PSA related issues and stuff. But how am I supposed to fix something if I don't know what the cause is?
