Title: Any solutions?
Post by: ThisGuy on June 02, 2011, 10:22:18 PM
So when I play with my textures and stuff, without any warning, it will crash (or i suppose thats what's happening) making that BEEEEEEEEP sound.

Is this a thing that happens no matter what or is it something that I didn't do correctly?

You'll have to be a little more specific, because I have no idea what could be wrong just by stating, "textures and stuff."  :>.>:

Well that's about it right now. Only textures. It's all I have on there at the moment. They'll be working fine and and out of nowhere I'll get the 'crashing'. No pattern at all to any of them.

No particular textures or characters that it will freeze on?  Or specific stages that you may play a lot?  Or is it Pokemon Trainer issues?

If none of these have you used your sd card a good deal?  If so you may have to back up all your data, format your sd card and then put everything back on.

You may also have a problem with your codes.  If you're using Brawl+, Brawl-, etc. those codes can sometimes have issues with textures, stages or other codes.

I do play Final Destination mostly just because it has become a habit to go straight up when choosing the stage. I don't think that could be the problem because it happens on the way up to choose the stage.

I have noticed that whenever I use a texture (stage and character), it will freeze once I choose the character color or the stage at the stage selection screen. That's when I delete the texture.

And just a few days ago, I transferred everything I had onto a newly formatted SD card.

I hate to say it, but this was happening to me and the only thing that worked was formatting my card and redownloading everything.
