Either way though, when and if you make Teddiursa, he should deffinatley get a PSA. I say Ness. The reason being is because he has a nicley rounded head for Teddiursa, and his hat could be made into Teddiursa's ears. You will also have to remove or nullify the polygons for Ness's backpack, unless you can think of something creative to do with it that would go nicley with Teddiursa. Jigglpuff would work nicley for the head and ears, but i don't know how far you'd get with the body. But as i said, Ness seems like the best choice to me. However, it's your choice.
