Then download the Lame MP3/WAV encoder. (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3 (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3)) Open your MP3 or WAV file with Audacity then look on the left side of the screen. You will see a slider with a minus and a plus sign. Increase the volume by three or six dB. Next, export it as an MP3 file then convert it to BRSTM using the appropriate program. |
