It says that there is no alpha layer in file, how do I fix this?
what program did you edit the file with?
I edited it with GIMP and PAINT.
All normal textures NEED an Alpha Channel. If one doesn't exist, make a new Alpha Channel.

How do I do that?
Open up your image in gimp. Press on the layer tab, then go down to transparency and press add alpha channel.
