Print Page - Ike texture hacking; In need of help

I have an Ike texture I created, and when I changed the strap around his chest to clear (invisible) it made the strap black in-game! I don't know the bone that is only associated with the strap either so i cant delete it. Anyone have a solution to one of these problems?

This one has the chest plate already vertexed out :)

Well there's more than just the strap i need to get rid of xD
