Certain char's like Angel/Devil Marth will be even easier to make. The funnel also has wind and sword hitboxes, you know, like slicing wind so it won't be interupted. I vote that if you do this that to decrease the number of jumps he as too, just to make this move not overpowering or the character for that matter.

EDIT: an alternative would be him doing 3 backflips while swinging his hammer (which is on fire). this would be his recovery. on the ground he would do the flaming hammer uppercut thing from Kirby SSU, and it would have almost a 90 degree launch angle with high power, but is slow to execute.
