Title: Does anyone know where I can get 3ds Max 2009 all I see is 10, 11, and 12 Post by: Silence on July 14, 2011, 01:08:20 PM I downloaded 3Ds Max 10 by mistake uninstalled it and then looked for 09 but every link I found was terminated or and error appeared on the screen can I get a link or can someone tell me where I can find one thats still running, is there a way to vertex with the new 3ds max's after 09

I recommend 8. Keep searching. It is very hard to find 8 or 9 right now. They've gotten rid of most of the downloads out there. You are supposed to buy 3DSmax and use it for vertexing. If you don't want to buy it, you can either go the illegal route, use one of the earlier 3DSmax methods(Every version of 3DS should be able to use the DasDonkey method where you are just moving vertice points and can't see the model) or use Anim8tr/Blender. So either keep searching or pick one of the older methods. I really can't direct your any further without crossing the line.
