Title: Need some hacking help with my Riivolution! Post by: Lightning Edge on July 17, 2011, 07:54:24 PM Hi! I'm sorta new to the whole mods thing. anyway, I have 3 problems i need resolved.
1: I tried hexing in the Shadow and Viewtiful Joe voice pack with Sawndz. They work on the cpu, but when i enable custom sounds on Riivolution, it freezes with a black screen at the launch of Brawl minus. And it's the American smashbros_sound.brsar 2: Every time i pick ZSS/Samus or Zelda/Sheik the game freezes. 3: Every time i put a rel file in the stages folder, the level that it's supposed to replace freezes. Post by: TruePhilosopher on July 18, 2011, 12:35:44 AM Are you sure you filled in all the offset data, folder data, etc. correctly? If not then you'd majorly screw things up.

@second poster. Well I thought that on Riivolution you had to put the rel files in the stage folder. I guess i was wrong. And I think i have the pcs and the pac with Samus and Shiek. they worked when i was using Gecko, but now it freezes when i try to pick Samus/ZSS and Zelda/Sheik. As for your freezing with Zelda/Sheik and Samus/ZSS, you may have a bad .pac file. Check the file sizes. If the .pcs and the .pac are the same size, you'll end up with the game freezing. Instead of saving a .pcs as a .pac, use BrawlBox to save the .pcs as an Archive Pair. That will give you a working .pac. Title: Re: Need some hacking help with my Riivolution!
