I would like to know how to create a .pac file from a .pcs file using BrawlBox.  Specifically, I would like to make a .pac file from this PSA: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=19712 (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=19712).
I would also like to request that whoever responds to this question uses terms that I, a novice, can understand.

If I'm right,you just have to open the .pcs in BrawlBox and then File>Save As

There,under the name,you'll have to specify what format do you want to save it.Just type in .pac

EDIT: When I created a .pac file from the PSA, my game froze, but didn't make the annoying tone that usually accompanies a game freeze.  What should I do now?

Uff I don0t now how to fix it.Why did you want the .pac? Maybe you don't need it...

I tried using the texture without the .pac file in SSE, and over the course of many tries, I have found that I cannot move, use the down B attack or jump properly without the texture.  On top of that, the texture itself would be replaced by Lucas in the T-model.  I need this .pac file to prevent these problems from happening.

See if this works.

Open the .pcs in BrawlBox. Click the first thing in the list, where it shows a blue thing with ARS wrote on it.
Over on the right, you should see a box saying Compression. Click whatever is written in the box beside Compression (it probably says LZ77, Huffman, Differential, or Run Length. Click the down Arrow there and change it to None.
Then save it as a .pac.

Or save it as "archive Pair". It should then give you a .pac and .pcs if I'm not mistaken.
