Title: Brawl FREEZING after Music cuts out
Post by: Hypherism on July 28, 2011, 11:49:55 PM
Been lurking for a while and it's time I need help

I recently decided to change up some textures in my Brawl game (something I haven't done since February). After working for some time changing the textures of the characters themselves as well as pairing them with any CSP's I could get, I decided to move onto stages. I got two new stages, Ryoshima Coast over Delfino and Taka Pass over Luigi's Mansion. Then I added and swapped some .brstms.

When my battle started on a hacked final destination it took about 6 seconds before the music cut out. I was able to keep playing and when the match ended my game froze.

- I have tried about ten times to play and this same cutting and freezing happens at the CSS SSS and during battle (quit or finish)

- I tried removing my common5.pac

- I tried removing my brstm folder

- I tried removing my stages

- I am running USB Loader GX with Ocarina and the File Patcher code (My game isn't pirated)

- This didn't happen last time I played (before I updated USB loader and before I made these changes to my files)

- When I run Brawl without Ocarina and my textures it freezes at the SSS when I select a stage
(seperate problems?)

I haven't seen anyone else with this problem and it's cost me over 4 hrs of my time so far. Any help?

Backup your files, format the SD card and try again.

Solved the random freezin  THANKS A BUNCH Yoshi, would never have done that. Ryoshima and Taka Pass still won't load. They give me the death beep freeze every time I select them, any help on that?
