I just put a Shadow on Mr.Game&Watch and for some reason every time i switch costume the costume whether it be on purpose or by accident the game decides to freeze up and give me that beep of failure...
It also does the same thing when Shadow is chosen and a second player goes over Shadow...that same beep and freeze...

I added a CSP and a CSS of Shadow and that is when it started too happen...the first time i put in Shadow two players or more were able to pick him and they would have the same costume is all. Now well everything mentioned above happens and i really don't know what to do.

I don't want to replace Donkey Kong for Shadow and i don't want to replace him for Sonic either...
I tried Jigglypuff but after jumping it would freeze and i would use the alloy hack on G&W but i really don't know how...=/

Help would definitely be appreciated i know that I've asked a lot of questions already but i really am new to this and I'm trying to get the hang of it..I've tried messing around but i don't exactly want to mess up anything either.

PS: If anyone knows how to add that "Clone Ike" Hack please let me know but right now the first part is way more important than this! :)

well it might have to do with the textures your using. are you sure you are renaming the textures so that they can go over G&W?

But i put him in and he works perfectly and everything is named correctly and i know it has something to do with the csp how do i fix it i only have the original costume with a new csp for shadow

are you sure those Csp's and the CSS's are in the correct format? because if the textures load up fine then you dont have to worry about that part, but i believe that the Csp's and stuff are not in the correct format. that's why it freezes once you click to that csp.

how are the formats? and i only put 1 on gameandwatch and i cant pick any other costume from him

the format is CI8 and the size is supposed to be the same throughout. like for his G&W here's his info for his CSP's.

G&W texture (All on BrawlBox)
Width of picture  - 128
Height of picture - 160
Format                - CI8
LevelofDetail       - 1
HasPalette          - True

So all of this they must have in order for the CSP's to work.

but c18 kinda of looks bad on the photo and i put a sephiroth one for rob and i put rgb for one and it worked fine?

ok i think i may know what's going on. Well when i was checking all your CSP's i noticed that once i click to the Sephiroth one's the last three ones tend to make Brawlbox freeze or stop working. i believe that may be a reason why it's not working for you common5_en.pac. try either getting better csp's for him and try again. if not then ill give you some of my CSP's for
Shadow and Sephiroth

are you sure because even with that csp sephiroth works perfectly its shadow that keeps freezing when he changes costumes but ill still try ill tell you if it works
