Title: Viewtiful Joe over Yoshi port: SFX? Post by: Oni Kage on August 13, 2011, 03:01:17 AM I liked the Viewtiful Joe moveset alot, but I wanted to keep CF, so I was delighted to find a port over Yoshi. Only problem is that no one has made any SFX for him. I looked in the files for the CF Viewtiful Joe and found a hex packet of sfx.
Now, my question is, how/is it possible to put them over Yoshi's soundbank? I should note that the Yoshi port included this code: Yoshi has Marth's IC C2858928 00000003 2C040004 40820008 38800011 1C040038 60000000 00000000 Would that screw anything up trying to use CF sfx for Yoshi? Now if you Wanted Viewtiful Joe's Voices over Yoshi. First off. you need to make Viewtiful Joe in PSA load up some of Yoshi's Sounds Seeing how he's already over Yoshi's Slot. you then can edit the Sounds inside of the BRSAR with some of Viewtiful Joe's Sounds. So basically, I'd need to export all the sounds from the CF VJ pack and insert them over Yoshi's SFX, and then open up the VJ Yoshi PSA and redirect the sounds to load from Yoshi's sound bank instead of CF's?
