It goes in X:/private/wii/app/RSBX/pf/stage/melee/stgedit_1.pac. Replace X with the right letter. For example: if using a SD card that's a D:, replace the X, before ":", with a "D", and if you're using a US version of the game, replace the X in RSBX, with an E. Hope I helped.
