Title: Beep Of Death At The Countdown

Hey folks,

I write this topic because I need some help with fixing my hacked brawl

Recently I experience Beeping sound when starting an match at the 3,2,1 sometimes it freezes and sometimes it dont :O. I did these following stuff to try to save my brawl

- Formatting SD Card To NTFS
- Looking in my sd and delete uncessary files (photos,txt files with guides)
- Checking if all the chars works in a battle

The most annoying thing is when it beeep at the countdown, I restart the wii and then i use the same textures i used before the beep and the they work. I find it strange that it occurs randomly and for no apparent reason (as i tought). Me and my friends are a bit pissed when we doing 1vs1 and the Ear-Rape begins :(

What should I blame for this?

Textures (Vertex,Model) ?
Stages(Model,Imports,Expansion stages) ?
Music?
CSS,SSS?
Battle Portraits?
The Fact that I use Cloud over Dedede and Tsuna over Ice Climbers, Shadow over GW?
Too much hacking into the brawl (because I modify alot of stuff to make it look fancy xD)

If is an corrupted file I beg you to tell me what is the most corrupted file I can have. Because I dont wanna restart all over again :/

To All The Brawl Hackers Out Here... I sincerly need your help :O

Check ALL your characters' textures, especially their .pac files. Compare the file sizes with their .pcs counterpart. If they are the same size, open the .pcs file in BrawlBox, then save the texture as an Archive Pair.

The .pac file should ALWAYS be larger than the .pcs file.

If It Froze again (Hope it wont)

What will be the alternative?

I think I know the alternative. It might be due to ModelSwaps, because you must add/edit ALL the character's animations so they perfectly match the other one. In other words, you must replace Dedede's animations with Cloud's, THEN put Cloud over Dedede and it should work. I, too, has this beeping of death when importing a Peach texture over Zelda/Sheik. Or if you don,t know how, you can always use PSAs and copy their animations with BrawlBox. PM me if you still have problems!
