Title: How do you add swimmable water to a level?

I have been trying to do a maridia type stage, and everything is fine, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to add water. :( if you could help it would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

use jungle japes with a modified STDT file =P

An STDT file? I don't know what that is...
