Title: Stage freezing

I'm running PAL and most stages that I insert freeze, I doubt it's a coincidence that every stage I download is a faulty one. I've triple checked that REL files are in the right place and it's still not working. Can anyone help please?

The rel files people are providing won't work with your pal Brawl cuz they are from the USDisc :p
