but i really need to know what program you use to edit textures for the characters and stages. I tried gimp, Photoshop,and paint net plus paint pro they did not work so come on tell me what you use to edit textures please i am begging
You practically used the programs which the community uses to edit textures. If you can't with those, I don't think you should be texture hacking, unless you want to use Paint or something.
OK but i could do songs and see how that works cause i always wanted edit stages but i guess i will just stick to songs until i try to find something thanks for your help to make me make more music

Umm... did you open the .brres/.pac/.pcs file (or whatever it is), Export the texture you want to modify, and
then open it up in Gimp/Photoshop/Paint.NET/Paint?
