Title: Texture twisted out?

Hi! I've exported a Pokemon Trainer over Snake, but when I load him, I get a strange, twisted out texture with a bone stuck to the ground. Here's a screencap of the twisted texture :

Stretchy, eh? Thanks to a FitSnake.PAC, he no longer crashes the game. But I do have one question to ask. what should I do to fix him? Should I give him Snake's vertices? I tried giving him the bones before, but that had to be done manually, and when I saved, the texture was far worse than before. Wasted 30 minutes for nothing. Does someone know how to fix this?

Cause the bone. I got the same problem with some hack (example when i rename bone and scale to 0).

I know it's the bone. What I wanna know is : how can I fix it? You said you had the same problem when you "renamed the bone and scaled it to 0". I didn't touched any bones, I just imported the model over. Would you have any idea how to fix it?
