Post by: nanobuds on September 28, 2011, 02:46:48 PM
How do people record such good videos? i know you can do it through replays... but how do you record high quality videos that show the menu and everything?

Through the use of a capture card, usually.

In order to get high quality videos, you'd need to shell out a considerable amount of money, however.

Or you can record from Dolphin, which has the capacity to put out 1080p quality, if I remember correctly.

I wish I knew how to make Dolphin work, let alone with Brawl hacks...

Sabrent makes a decent $30 capture card. It's component and works well with Brawl. Not the highest quality, but neither is the Wii.

A capture card is a device that plugs into your computer and you record the video using software that probably already comes with the device.

Basically, you plug in the A/V jacks into the capture card, plug the capture card into your computer, and record. If you wish to see what is happening on your TV while recording, however, you'll need a few additional things.

It does? :O

Well, if that's the case, then don't get a Dazzle.

Because it doesn't. XD
