Ok very simple questions... Can Dolphin Extract textures from games and can a Gmod model be imported into brawl?

Not sure about the first, but I'm fairly certain GMod models can't be imported yet.
Dolphin can extract textures. You have to go to configuration > plugins > Graphics config > Advanced then Dump Textures under Utility. You'll find the texures in Dolphin\User\Dump\Textures.
You'll be able to import models from anything you can get into 3DSMax when the DAE to MDL0 converter is done.
