Title: common5 trouble (works now)
Post by: ✿Zelia✿ on October 20, 2011, 06:10:05 PM
This thread connects to LST: http://lsteam.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=help&thread=203&page=1

So now am facing some trouble with my common5, i try to save my common5, but it says "The process cannot access the file 'G:/private/wii/app/RSBE/pf/system/common5.pac' because it is being used by another process.", so i put my SD card in my Wii and go to the Character Selection Screen and I see no changed CSP's, so can somebody help please?....

Problem solved, thanks to Albafika and 2DaMax for suggesting me to replace stuff in a new common5, u two sorta had the same idea, sorta.
I've had this problem before, and a method that works for me is to export a CSP and import it again.

Give it a try, and if it doesn't work, I'm not really sure...

Have you tried resetting your PC? If not, do so.

If you don't want to re-add the files, you could try right clicking the "char_bust_tex_lz77" and export it, then re-open Brawlbox and try replacing the one the common5 you want to edit with the extracted one.

hmm is the common5.pac opened in two areas? that usually happens to me when that pops up... it means that some other program is reading your common5 so it cannot save it

But it's strange, I don't have it opened in two places.
