Title: Different Transforming Characters

Is it possible to do that? Like have a texture over Wario but when he transforms from WarioMan to Wario he has a new costume?

If you mean Warioman having a different Texture, yes.

If you're talking Wario(texture 1) -> Warioman -> Wario(texture 2), then no, that's not possible.
