Title: lTB+/Brawl+ DLC( expansion pack) Post by: lilT0021 on October 23, 2011, 09:31:14 AM Ok Im going to tell you this from a story then get into what this is about!
Me and a friends love to play Brawl+, we play alot of Melee and Brawl- but every now and then we'll still go back to brawl+ cause we find it fun still. One day we Was playing(there was about 6 of us during this time) and one of my friends was like "Man i wish there was a way to like make this game better" i was like "what do you mean?" he replyied "Like make it alittle faster or like change some things for like low tiers like bowser you know like brawl- just not as much" I am a little experiences with PSA and i could try to Edit some things and i did. After awhile of editing we started to give it a nick name to iTB+ witch stands for 'lil T's brawl+" now this idea was just for us and i had no idea to share it, however i told a few friends about it on YouTube and they thought i should share it So i thought about it and here i am lol OK iTB+ is going to be like an DLC for Brawl+ or what i like to call An expansion(named iTB+ :D lol) Now the only thing thats going to be edit is Characters PAC files via PSA this mean in no way am i trying to make a new mod of brawl cause it uses Brawl+ codes only thing different is your using Different PAC files...or not even that...Just EDIT PAC files Are idea is just to make Brawl+ funner with the biggest idea of Buffing the almost non playable characters lol like Bowser with buffing we try to change some things to make the character funner and better all at once so in a way it like Brawl+ with alittle dose of Brawl-). You may use the PSA's in other Hacks like Brawl- or in Normal brawl if you want..however keep in mind my editing for these Characters are aim to Brawl+...Now I know ALOT of people dont like Brawl+ for there own reasons, I also know that it "died". However there are still people who still play it and this is for them. If you dont like it, Thats fine,..but no need for hateful/troll comments. Grand Bowser [/b][/size][/color]Bowser has been edited the most and has taken the new name of "Grand Bowser" A video showing all the changes will be made soon but as for now bowser Now control the power of both Fire and Electricity witch is notice as soon as he Appers on the screen However this PSA is not a flag only buff...nor do all his move have fire or lighting added to him Bowser has a faster play style now With one of the biggest notices being He's ability to cancel some of his moves. Dash Attack can be Cancel into a ground attack (tilts or smashs) Down-B can be Jump canceled giving him like a super jump Side-B can be cancel with aerials however you may have to learn when is the best time to use an aerial Up-B(on ground) can also be Jump Canceled B is faster, can aswell be jumped canceled and also Able to shield out of With all that bowser has become alot faster but there's still more things about him His aerials are a little less laggy however alittle weaker His Up-B( on ground) Send people upward His Up-B( In air) has alittle Super armor His Bair is Different, it is now a quick backwards Punch in the air with an lighting flag His Down tilt is alittle different the first hit is and Lighting hit witch just hit them forward abit and the 2nd hit is a fire hit with is a Small Spike( kinda deadly to characters with bad up-b's) his Down taunt has been changed to his (I think) wait2 animations (the one where he punches his fist and growl) More may be changes but atm Bowser is pretty good Video(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwJW0iWIw0k ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mario [/size][/color]Mario has not been edited to much due to lack of time and the fact that he is pretty good in Brawl+ Mario Can wall-jump out of Up-B His Foward smash and Up-tilt has a coin flag His Down-B changes Faster in air thats all atm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yoshi Yoshi has been edit alittle bit makeing him alittle faster Yoshi now throw 2 eggs His Side B can be cancel into a ground attack(like in Brawl-) thats all atm there will be more! Video(s) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=067AVdwNYv8 (Mario video is in this video thats where theres no video of him atm) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fox [/size][/color]Fox has also been edited alittle bit Fox can now Wavedash (yeah im sure you saw that coming) His Bair is his melee one *His shine is now red and Burns the character instead of Shock em* *His Down-B sounds like it does in melee* there are ALOT more changes and i deas for him but atm this is all...(it took for ever to find out how to make him Wavedash using PSA lol forgot to look at Brawl- fox) Video(s) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86fo_J-mXog ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Falco [/size][/color]Falco Has been worked abit more then the others( not as much as Bowser however) Falco is alittle bit heavy His Down-B(on the ground) is still brawl's and well not change, it can be Jump canceled His down-B( in air) is faster and can be cancel with Another B move, down B also sent Characters Downward He can wall jump out of his Side-B His Nair is his Melee one alike all od em theres more to be done Video(s): ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Link [/size][/color]Link is alittle He can wavedash His Up-B can be jump canceled His aerials are alittle less laggy If you airdogde and quickly hit Z Link will Fly in that Direction ( the clawshot still will get on stages(kinda harder when moving by lol) and the clawshot still hits characters while link is moving) Still more to do Video(s):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaqItP3TvgE The fox&link in this video is kinda outdated ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DK [/size][/color]DK aerials are alittle less laggy His B charge 2x faster in the air His up-B(in air) send's him upward alittle after the move is done(Now i kinda need help..i wanna make it so if you hold B while doing up-B he will go upward after its done but if you dont then its just he normal up-B) thats all atm more to come Videos(s): ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ike [/color]Ike aerials are alittle less laggy His Up-B is kinda different when he goes down he goes down slower and forwarded alitttle bit(in a Southeast/Southwest way) it can also be cancel with aerials(this is not just a test for idea and most likely will be changed later on) His Side B charges faster in air, and can be cancel with another side B(or any other B move) Has a new B move(Flame Wave) Ike hits the ground with his sword causing 3 small fire pillers (This move is still being mess with) New Down B(May change due to a argument of it being kinda cheap. and having a graphic problem...not a big one but wish i could pick it. like all of em more to come... Video(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYldDjcJAKc ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Kirby [/size][/color]kirby has just beem mess with but came up with something kinda cool His Side B(on ground) shoots the little cuting thing it does when he does Up-B (was thinking of doing this for his air Side b but has been argued that it would be cheap) more more more more and more to edit Video(s): ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lucario(Aura) [/size][/color]Lucario Has taken the nickname of "Aura" in lTB+ Lucario is His Down A(Air) Does not stop his moment His Side be can grab in air His Up-B does damage (its kinda like brawl minus Lucario's up-B) (does not go into Speacl fall His Up tanuts has a burst of aura that pushes people back and does 5 damage it can also be use for Edge guarding(hogging) (seems to work best Against Fox&Falco) New Down-B(Aura Shift) Lucario can TP to the left or right on ground and if use in air he TP Up and little foward great for recoveries and mindgames .(However if can only use Down- B onces in the air after that youll have to use it on the ground again before being able to use it in the air again..kinda like a charge more will be soon Videos(s) lTB+ Aura(Lucario) Changes V.1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQ5nolxPwP0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nk-vlGtSSX8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYldDjcJAKc -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Toon Link Toon link is alittle bit His Nair is now a kick His boomarang Sends Whoever it hits toward TLink Toon link has a uqnie cancel system The 2nd A in the AAA combo can be canceled into any ground move Up& Down Tilt can be cancel with a jump Nair can be cancel with a B move UpB(on ground) can be cancel with a Jump Soo with that being said Jab>Jab>Up(or down) Tilt>Jump(short hop)>Nair>Side B seems to work nice And if your looking for a legit combo Jab>Jab>Up tilt>Jump>Nair>Up-B Thats 9 hits if done Right.(note im sure you can DI the Nair so youll probably miss the Up-B unless you know where hes/shes DIing) ANYWAYS more to come Video(S): ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zero Suit Samus Shes Not to much was change with her atm only that Her Side B brings the Towards her. Her Dair Makes her Glide a little( You can fastfall this move aswell) pretty good for mind gamez/combos... Her Up-B makes her go up alittle bit more then it use to (it was at 0.5 now its at 1) like alot of em. More to Come! There more characters that been edit but not to much and i dont think i need to put them down just yet..when im 100% done with some one ill put the PAC Up for download at KK-MC, When done with everybody it will be uploaded altogether in one Folder with some other things aswell. Adding random elemental attacks feels kind of cheap(not overpowered kind of cheap, more of the just put it in to put it in kind of) but besides that I like the idea a lot. I know I for one play nothing but B+ still so this is nice to see.
