Title: ".pair" files? [SOLVED]
Post by: SKLLedOne on October 29, 2009, 07:18:37 AM
In Brawlbox, when I go to export my .pac files, it gives me not two options (.pac or .pcs), but THREE (.pac, .pcs, and ".pair")!
What is a .pair file, and what does it do?  Is it like a .pac and .pcs combo?  An all-in-one?

*sigh* Once again, no one helps me unless I post twice.  WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS?

I'm gonna guess, so don't blame me.
Maybe it's the .pac and .pcs in the same file?

If your right, then that is AWESOME! No more wasting time renaming two files to assign textures!  I'll try it out when I'm done with V1 of a Bowser texture I'm working on, as he needs both.

Makes sense if its both the files, but maybe you still need that file twice. Just change the extension to .pac or .pcs, it would be the same as having a .pac and a .pcs, just would save you using lz77ex once.

OK, that's a letdown.  When I exported my Bowser texture as .pair, all it did was make the two files (.pac and .pcs).  Bummer.
