How can I replace the effects of an item by the effects of an other ? like the effects of link's bomb on smart bomb for example. It is possible to edit the effects of an item ? Unfortunately, I haven't the slightest idea how it is done, so I can't really help you there. I know there were some item PSAs on the BrawlVault. Maybe you could try to reverse engineer one and go from there.
