So, say I downloaded a hack for marth, but wanted to put it over say, Zero Suit Samus.

All I need for this is his rel right?

How exactly would I go about this.

I would also like to add Alloys to my CSS

1. How would I go about doing this?
2. Is it possible to have multiple characters with multiple PSA's over the Alloys (e.g. Isaac over one and Deoxys over another) without conflict?

No. Marth's .REL is not portable over everyone. If I recall correctly, he can only go over ROB/Jigglypuff/Yoshi.

Can't .REL port characters over Alloys either.

Marth can go over everyone except alloys and transforming characters.
You might need to modify the IC-Constants though.

about the css that happened to me to and it switched all the characters around and the only thing i can think of is it the code, you'd need to modify that but idk how.
