Well maybe there could be one for character .rels, and YES i'm familiar with the clone engine, but the people just don't want to reveal their secrets. *facepalm* Like for example, We could use Pit over Toon Link, and then we could use the better Waluigi PSA for pit, But is anyone working on something like this besides the Clone Engine?
