Hello. If your wondering what Brawl= is then look below. Otherwise skip it.
What is brawl=?

Here is what I need done:

Gecko:

Main Menu: Blue with spinning Gold =

CSS: This i'll put a download to all files that I can't describe

SSS: Same as CSS but going the oppisite way

Stages: All simple (but compleatly deferent) as Final Destination & Battlefield

Songs: Both songs that you can choose from in Stage Studio (the version that you can do on the computer)

CSPs & textures: None but optional

SSS Stage Previews & stuff: All & named correctly

ECT: 1 extra stage for a perfect green screen

Codes: 1 Player brawls, All codes for alloys & Giga Bowser & Warioman, Disable Custom Stages (Optional) CSS Fix


Riivolution:

Hope somebody out there can help! Remeber I don't want any stages to have something that happens on it unless it is something like Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2.
I do also want all the characters to have there own Icons like Zelda & Shiek or Zero Suit & Samus etc.

i made an edited skyworld that U tested, and no is on better brawl, u can use that. uuummm, i guess i could do SOMETHIN with PSAs. wut does u mean by 100 EQUAL?

I mean like you know how Ganon is more powerfull than meta knight but is super slow? I mean to fix that by making everyone have simaler stats & getting rid of tier. there is no point in that (meta is top tier & pwn him all the time at lv9. even with ganon). so basicly everyone would have the same speed, power, knockback, weight, ect. the only difference is their moveset.

so, for example, everyone's neutral A does 4% damage, and every1 runs at a speed of 2?

Yeah. But still balenced so that means whoever you pick will never have any advantage or disadvantage over somebody else. They will all have the same stats but of course diffrent animations & attacks. So Sonic's forward air has multiple hits but Ganon's only has 1, Ganon has a meteor smash while Sonic doesn't. I'm fine with that but I do want Sonic to be slower Ganon to be faster ect. Also this won't (of course) be Wi-Fi safe unless everyone had it so it's mostly for those who want to have a fair brawl with no tier so it makes even Meta Knight Tourney friendly.

ok. so mostly its just there appearance that will make the character good or bad. it's just based on opinion, not tier.
ps: brawl only had 1 person doing character balancing!

yeah. only diffence is moveset. power, speed ect. is the same or =
