Title: Black Screen after "Now Loading" Post by: ItalianStallion on November 13, 2009, 04:04:32 PM Last thing I edited was the song names (mu_menumain.pac) and the (info.pac) before that everythin worked great. just tried completely takin the mu_menumain.pac off and its still doin that. weird thing is it works fine when i load regular brawl but when i load it through Gecko OS thats wat happens

First off, for the info.pac, are you using ALSTT? If so, I hope you're usin' Notepad or something related, not Wordpad. It messed up for me yeh just realized when i have the mu_menumain.pac in its fine but when i have the info.pac it messes up. apparently its corrupted. i had an info.pac with like 5 edited songs, that one works. the one with like 20 edited songs messes up n it wont load. No, i am not using Notepad nor Wordpad. Well, copy it and name it "songs.db" Then open it in (preferred) Notepad and search for the songs you want to replace.

Wait for it ot say some stuff. And when it says press enter to quit, do it, and copy the info.pac to the "info2" folder on your SD card. That should work. That should work. gotchu. looks like HxD works fine now. i probably messed up somewhere while changing one of the songs names. i heard "-" messes up the info.pac somehow? well if HxD fucks up again ill try usin ALSTT now that i know how to do it right. ill keep this thread open just in case i need help on anything.. thanks a lot for everythin Segtendo!
