Title: Game doesn't pause?

Had Debug Pause, got annoying, turned it off, now I can't pause. Start button does nothing on any screen. Wat Do

You can turn pause on and off in the options of multiplayer.
Not sure if that affects the rest of the game (single player, for example).

No, Pause is on. Start button does NOTHING. On any screen. Training mode, Vs. Mode, I can't even press Start to go to the Stage select Screen.
