Animations are looking good and well! Good Job to the Creator of this PSA.
However; Problems are occuring:
B-Sides & Final Smashes do NOT work, turns into a weird stance and is frozen until game is quit.
No Fire Effects D: Neutral B is not the same w/o the fire. ^_^
I have used only the FitRoyMotionEtc.pac file from the creators PSA download; I've used Thany's V3.5 Roy Reskin [Side Sheath] (I'm replacing Marth btw). I am on PAL w/ the 3.5.1 File Patch Code.

Change the FitRoyMotionEtc.pac too a FitMarthMotionEtc.pac and put it in the Marth folder.
I don't think thats right. That was orignally the only file (along with FitRoy.pac) that I've used; I've renamed it to FitMarthMotionEtc.pac but only 3/4 of the animations work. Fire Effects, Final Smash, B-Side; Nope, Nothing at all.
Note: Do I need Brawl + or Brawl -?
The .pac's are NTSC i don't think it works well with PAL but i'll test the roy to see if its the PSA it self. since the roy psa is a beta.
Oh, I hate the PAL/NTSC-U Issues :(
Supposedly, The Roy Beta works fine.
Yeah i tested it out in game and the side-B works perfectly fine and B has fire effects so sorry about the PAL issue :/
I know how it feels because some (Not most) hacks are only pal and has weird effects on NTSC-U wii's i'm sorry :/

BTW, is there a way to force PAL into NTSC-U mode or something so that most hacks do work? I remember there was a NTSC-U .pac PAL converter in the works or something? Saw it on smashboards once. Thanks again for the help :)

Just be sure to know it isn't guaranteed to be made, I might forget about it (Unless everyone starts bugging me about it :P) ...Hmmmm, I guess I might start tomorrow.
