animations look pretty good for your first try. But I do see a lot of clipping or gaps with the model in the animations.

Lemme know if you want some help with animations. I'm almost jumping at the chance to get more practice in with animating. And Hulk in Brawl is a good idea. I'd even put aside my Electivire for him if he comes out right.
any help is welcome, so if u wanna do some animations, check the progress log, and tell me which group u wanna do, and i'll give u the basic guidelines for how i want him to be ^^
I can do the smashes for you if you don't mind? All 3 sets (start/hold/attack) so 9 animations in all.

that would be awesome!
forward smash should be the downward smash hulk does as heavy punch.
up smash should be his heavy kick (the upwards one)
and idk what to yet for down smash...
if you can get me pics or videos, I'll get right on that. I don't have MvC so I'm not to knowledgeable of how he looks when he fights.

I've given him the Side and Down smashes... Still thinking about the Up-Smash... I'm leaning more towards a Gama Clap (ironically enough, similar to DK's) but I want Jokekid's approval first.
is Hulk coming out soon?
I haven't heard anything from Jokekid all day today... or yesterday for that matter.
But he seemed to have been working pretty fast, so I don't think it'll take TOO long.
please note, this is a long-time project, i have a life outside here, and dont have all the time i'd like to have to animate, and also dont forget its not only animating what needs to be done, it's also PSA work...
i think i'll make a new video with all the animations that are done so far to keep my motivation as high as possible...
but as soon as i look at the list of undone animations i ge sick xDDDD
so yeah, expect a video preview soon, and dont expect the moveset too soon...
another factor is that i dont really like the PSA program... so im actually also waiting for the new brawlbox with PSA editting...
