That was in January, there's been no further feedback to the post and he hasn't replied to a private message I sent him. Below is the code as it was when he posted it on Smashboards. I was just wondering if anyone has heard whether this project has been completed or if anyone would be willing to pick it up. I don't know anything about programming, but I'm sure other PAL Smash Bros. modders would be interested in getting this finished. Looks like there's just 5 lines (the struckthrough ones) that need porting before PAL stage roster expansion works. The Maxed Out Eternal Yoshi works but you need the Expansion code for it to work properly. A guy called DeathWolf is doing all this porting and I have no idea what most of it means. DWolf has kinda gone off radar recently so maybe he's taking a break. It's only 5 codes so I was wondering if someone else could maybe finish it for him.
