Title: some bad [censored] went down. Post by: Chaotix000 on December 03, 2009, 08:00:06 AM When I tried to fix my damage number problem ( I replaced the damage percent numbers and there was a black box around the number even though it was supposed to b transparent) I just extracted the files I messed with from my un modded copy of brawl and just edited the stuff I had before and everytime I'm about to go to the stage select screen the game freezes. Any ideas on what's wrong? The only files I edited where sc_selcharacter.pac (on sd and working because I can get to the character select screen) common5.pac (working because I can get to the character select screen without the sd loader) mu_menumain.pac (my suspect) and info_en.pac (possible suspect but not exactly because I only replaces song names which work). With mu_menumain.pac I took the songlist directly from info_en.pac and just replaced it. The file names where different so I'm thinkin that's what's wrong. Ys or no?

As for a black box for a transparent area, I've had this problem before. Black is apparently for transparency on those, and the stage names on the character select. Erasing it will make it black, but using black will make it transparent. Title: Re: some bad [censored] went down. Wait is info.pac the one that displays the song titles at the beginning of a match or is menumain.pac the one that does that?
