Title: Shader Problems...
Post by: Snivy on May 24, 2012, 06:49:18 PM
Ok, so I'm making a hack for the Snivy import. It is just a texture. But when I use it in Brawl, it does this:
WARNING! SCREENCAP AHEAD!

I believe that model was imported some time ago, when Brawl Box didn't make 100% perfect shaders. I recommend you export the model as a DAE, then reimport it using the latest Brawl Box.

It didn't do that until I edited the textures...
Edit: That fixed it, but now the yellow eyes show all the time. -_- One problem after another.

Well, did you make an Eyeyellow polygon?

Or, are Snivy's eyes just yellow?

I don't think the guy made an extra polygon for the eyes, and the eyes are supposed to be almost red orange. Your recommendations?

I guess we'll have to go back to when we first started importing....

Do this:

Sorry, I was shopping for groceries. He does have a separate polygon for his Yellow/Final Smash eyes. Is that good?

Yeah. So all you'll need to do is set that EyeYellow polygon  to the EyeYellow visibility bone. You know how to do that?
