Your going to need a new and inventive thing for your blog and a great advertising method, without those theres no way that your team will get noticed.
You could try getting a good model hacker and getting someone on a biger blog to mention you in some of their posts, you would have a pretty good chance of becoming widely noticed that way.
I know places,i can post about new teams anywhere.

actually a lot of european and south americans use MSN. i would know. AIM is pretty much for americans.
