Title: Brawl Disk Post by: hojun on June 24, 2012, 10:13:33 PM I know this is a silly question, but where can I burn a disk of brawl? I had one burned before but once I upgraded my wii, it stopped working...
Should I just buy a regular brawl disk instead? Title: Re: Brawl Disk Post by: ASF1nk on June 24, 2012, 10:45:41 PM Buy an original disc. :notimp:

Is it a problem with your wii's eye or something? It's pretty common that they stop reading dual layer discs. I don't really think it's my wii's eyes thats messed up, I think its the disk that is... My disks are usually scratched up for some reason (could the eye scratch it?)... and it crashes mid-game randomly. I bought a wii lense cleaner but it doesn't really help Title: Re: Brawl Disk Post by: Iwvi on June 25, 2012, 03:17:27 AM They are telling you to buy an original disc because not owning one would make having the burned one illegal. Anyway, If you do have an already burned one I asume you have the ISO on your computer.
If you updated your wii, maybe the CIOS got overwriten so you cannot read backups anymore. Re install the CIOS. If you can load backups and only brawl backup disc is giving problems, then this ain't the issue. If you can read other backups but not brawl, maybe the lens have a problem. Wiis get old and lens start malfunctioning. The lens cleaner helps a little bit but does not do miracles. If lens are the problem, then try loeading brawl using an USB loader. LOL!Is it a problem with your wii's eye or something? It's pretty common that they stop reading dual layer discs. CLEARLY the reason is he updated. And he clearly has the option and I assume the money, to buy an original game, so why not? Plus you can use it with Riivo if you like. |
