Title: Question about a model import into 3DS Max. Post by: Snivy on July 01, 2012, 12:47:36 PM Hi, when I reimport something into 3DS Max, it give me this:
"The following parent and/or ancestor node(s) is/are not part of the BindPose definition. -RootNode -YRotN -XRotN -TransN" It also give me this: "The following Link node(s) is/are not part of the BindPose definition. -WaistN -BustN -LShoulderN -RArmJ -LArmJ -HipN -HeadN -RSideN -LSideN -RHairN -LHairN -L2ndNb -L2ndNa -L4thNa -L4thNb -LHandN -L1stNa -L1stNb -L3rdNa -L3rdNb -RHandN -RThumbNa -RThumbNb -LThumbNa -LThumbNb -R2ndNa -R2ndNb -R4thNa -R4thNb -R1stNa -R1stNb -R3rdNa -R3rdNb -LFootJ -LToeN -LKneeJ -RKneeJ -RFootJ -RToeN -RShoulderJ -LSSabN -NeckN -RShoulderN -RLegJ -LLegJ -RSSabN -LShoulderJ -HatAN -HatBN -HatCN -HatDN" Along with this: "The following parent and/or ancestor node of the Link(s) is/are not part of the BindPose definition. -HipN -YRotN -XRotN -TransN -TopN -RShoulderJ -RShoulderN -LShoulderJ -NeckN -L2ndNa -LHandN -LKneeJ -LLegJ -RLegJ -BustN -WaistN -LShoulderN" And the usual Skin modifiers import error. It also gives me a couple errors on export, basically saying that the Skin modifiers don't work... Just one question... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? :notimp: Edit: One more thing, the model does this: (http://i.imgur.com/akHFN.png) And when imported into BrawlBox? (Big 3ds Max Button>Reset)
That should work, if not, check your import settings and try again. :srs: EDIT: Also everything that's single-binded will need to be rigged again to the SAME bone it was single-binded to.
