Ok. I have a .sawnd file to give the answer to all your Brawling needs. Just wait till tomorrow. I recorded it with a headphone jack and a 3DS with microphone compatibility to the computer and crop the audio scenes with Audacity. I'll release a preview of it as well.

Alright sounds good. By any chance, is the creator of Ryu and Ken creating their voice sawnd file or are you?
I tried doing this, and it ended up being really cool. :D Like when i start a match in Brawl, it says something from Street Fighter 4. :D The sad thing is my sounds got corrupted after being too big and ended up using my backup. I support this idea. :D
Well, it's better than the Sonic sounds for sure. I need to make a Ryu.sawnd file. LOL
