Title: Phantom Wings File Replacement (PAL) Post by: Adonkovic on July 26, 2012, 02:57:46 AM Hi, so I'm trying to get textures to work on my wii consoles. (Yes, I have tried this on two consoles). To begin with I thought it was the textures I was downloading or maybe the installation but then I read somewhere that a File Replacement code is needed for textures and sounds to work properly. :-[
The main one (or the only one) is the "File Replacement v2.1a' PAL [Phantom Wings, Y.S.]" code. I have tried several things to get this code to work and each time it will either freeze before the game even loads or freeze once I get past the "Super Smash Bros Brawl" menu. I was wondering if there is any specific reason why the code won't work such as having the internet connected or being on a 4.3E system menu or perhaps I need to add more folders or add more files I have no idea. I've tested this with Gecko OS and Riivolution and neither seems to work. I have used code manager to place a few cheats in an RSBP01.gct file already such as the 'dark characters', 'infinite jumps', 'unlock all char + stage' and longer replays.
