check the audio settings in-game to make sure its not set all the way to favor SFX if you HEXed your BRSAR at ANY time, you may have corrupted the loop/reference data for the BRSTMs in there.. you will need to start over on your BRSAR from a fresh file, *BRSAR files also house looping data to govern the BRSTMs that play in the game, and can be anything from volume control, manipulating the music (wacky effects), or channel management (MarioKart Wii and Mario super sluggers) |
