Using bin2jpg is your best option for decrypting snapshots. Of course, utilizing the Dolphin Emulator to test your hacks can offer you better quality screenshots than what you can get on an actual Wii.
just make sure to transfer ur pics inside the bin2jpg folder and then click on the out2jpg all file.
the pictures will then be converted and will stay inside that bin2jpg folder too.
