/sarcasm Seriously, no. Elemental PSA's are horrible, overpowered, and overused. If you are going to make a PSA, learn fully and make a GOOD one. And the other thing is Luigi is the Character with the most hacks. (I Think) If this project finish i wanna make a PSA of Samus more dynamic like Zero Suit Samus the same speed and the same Motion.
