That should be all you need... To find the .rel of the stages you need to open the folder and look for a folder called module in it then download the stage rels you want.
Also the Luigi's Mansion.rel isn't available there and I haven't been able to find somewhere that has it...

Do I download st_jungle and rename it st_dxshrine or something?

You download st_dxshrine then use hex editor to change it then name it st_jungle... If you want I can do it for you...
