Title: Adding Textures / Stages with ISO/WBFS Backup on HDD Post by: KimiMKII on April 17, 2013, 01:14:26 PM Yo yo. I hate to have my first post be me asking for help, but I'll shelve the pride for a second.
I have a 640GB HDD with my Brawl backup on it and all of my homebrew stuff on it too. I have Gecko, Neo Gamma, Riivolution, USBLoader GX, USBLoader CFG. I usually launch my game using USBLoader GX. Now, I know it might not be possible to have the textures and stages on the HDD WITH the iso and have it work, so I have a 1GB Sandisk sitting here ready too. But, for knowledge sake, is it in any way possible to have all of this stuff on my HDD? Note, not Brawl - or anything, just custom textures, ectc. Currently on my HDD (Fat32 partition): ___________________________________________ x:\apps\Gecko 1931\ Boot.elf, meta.xml, icon.png x:\apps\NeoGamma\ boot.dol, icon.png, meta.xml x:\apps\riivolution\ boot.elf, icon.png, meta.xml, modlauncher.xml, readme x:\apps\ USB Loader\ boot.dol, icon.png x:\apps\usbloager_gx\ boot.dol, GameTimestamps.txt, GXGameStatistics.cfg, GXGlobal.cfg, meta.xml, TitlesCache.bin x:\apps\wiiflow\ normal stuff x:\apps\wiimc\ normal stuff ____________________________________________ x:\codes\ rsbe01.gct ____________________________________________ x:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\fighter\ All Character Named Folders. x:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\module\ x:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\sound\strm\ ____________________________________________ x:\riivolution\ codehandler.bin, ocarina.xml, ____________________________________________ x:\WBFS\Smash Bros\ RSBE01.wbf1, RSBE01.wbfs ____________________________________________ Currently on my Sandisk: Nothing, Fat32 formatted. Can anybody give me instructions on what to do to get custom stages/textures to work? Was in, what programs, what file systems, etc.? I would greatly appreciate it. That was before brawlbox and the file patch code though. Get WiiScrubber and open the iso, then right click the file you want to replace and click replace/load. Select your file and repeat with others. When done click Scrub and and save. Load the iso like normal and play. I strongly suggest using riivolution or gecko os though, it can take up to ten minutes to scrub the iso depending on your computer.
